NICEVISION CSS TURNKEY

General

) Each new NiceVision CSS Turnkey Recorder includes the following:

o Basic Recorder:

 Network interfaces

 Two 1 Gbps Ethernet LAN interface

 CSS9410 including NIC (Network Interface Card) available for redundancy configuration

 Rack mount kit (Excluding NiceVision CSS Standard system, 4U)

 Power supply configuration according to the following platforms:

• Standard CSS includes a single power supply with the option of ordering redundant

power supply

• CSS 94XX platforms include redundant power supply

o Software:

 Windows operating system according to the following platforms:

• CSS Standard system: Server 2003 Standard Edition Service Pack 1 including license

• CSS94XX: Server 2003 Standard Edition Service Pack 2 including license

 Network Time Synchronization software

o Remote Access Software:

) Remote Access SW for maintenance (pcAnywhere)

o Documentation:

 Documentation CD including Hardware Installation and Maintenance Manuals and Software User

Manual

 The Software User Manual of version 10.5 SP1 is translated into the following languages:

French, German, Spanish and Chinese

 2 Quick Reference Guides for Control and Investigator applications in the following languages:

English, French, German, Spanish and Chinese

 Note: documentation and QRG are delivered per site

) Important note: It is highly recommended to utilize UPS for protecting the NiceVision Recorder (being a mission

critical platform). Recommended model - APC Back-UPS CS 500

) Please consult with your system integrator or installer regarding the specific UPS model which will support the

installed equipment
